Cumberland Spa Villa is a luxury, 4 star AAA-rated, modern Two-Storey, Spacious four bedroom, three bathroom holiday house, in a  tranquil garden setting, ideal for groups or families seeking a quiet convenient location in the heart of town.

It is the only 4 bedroom house licensed for guest accommodation in town, just a 2 minute stroll to shops, restaurants and cafes, and 5 minutes to beaches, golf and national park.

It is also the only licensed four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom guest accommodation on Norfolk Island.

Two living rooms, three leather couches, large living room with huge Norfolk Pine table with eight leather dining chairs.

One bedroom is downstairs (with en-suite bathroom), other three bedrooms are upstairs.

Two LCD TV's: living room has one 47" flat screen LCD TV, CD & DVD players. Master bedroom also has its own LED TV.

Two Free Rental Cars or 8-seater minivan, excluding insurance. 

Four bedrooms with King beds (or split into twin beds) - sleeps 8 persons.

Three brand-new bathrooms, including bathtub (rare on Norfolk Island), separate spa bath, heated towel rails, Egyptian cotton towels.

Private car port, private free laundry, cathedral ceilings, halogen lighting, private recreation area, wrap-around verandah, private BBQ.

Fully equipped, large kitchen with stone bench-top, stainless steel dishwasher, and every conceivable appliance.
